Libby Bishop
Libby’s lifelong love of science led her to earn a degree in Microbiology from the University of Michigan and a teaching certificate from Eastern Michigan University. She has taught science in grades 8–12 and enjoys supporting students both in the classroom and through individualized tutoring.

Libby primarily tutors biology, chemistry, and physics, working with students whose classroom experience may have left gaps in understanding or unclear learning goals. By focusing on each student’s learning style and strengths, she helps them clarify concepts and make meaningful progress toward their academic goals.

Libby is in her 12th year tutoring the ACT Science section, helping students improve from wherever they begin—whether building foundational skills or refining strategies to reach competitive scores for top schools. She believes students learn best in a supportive environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and sharing challenges.

Outside of tutoring, Libby enjoys spending time with her husband and two children—playing games, cheering at dance and soccer events, walking the dog, and spending time outdoors together.

Megan Rosenbaum
Megan combines deep subject expertise with a highly individualized, academically focused approach to instruction. A graduate of Michigan State University with degrees in Chemistry and Biology, she also earned her teaching certification as well as completing her Master's degree in Educational Technology, which further strengthened her ability to design effective, modern learning experiences in today's digital world.

Throughout her teaching and tutoring career, she worked extensively with course curriculum across all high school science subjects, giving her a comprehensive understanding of academic standards, sequencing, and expectations. At the core of Megan’s work is a commitment to building customized academic pathways for each student. She begins by identifying how each individual learns best, then develops a tailored curriculum that aligns with their goals, strengths, and areas for growth. Rather than relying on one-size-fits-all methods, Megan creates structured, personalized lesson plans that emphasize mastery, critical thinking, and measurable progress—whether with course curriculum or the ACT science exam.

While her primary expertise is in the wide multitude of high school science courses and ACT science, her students gain transferable academic skills that support success across subjects and foster long-term, independent learning.

Outside of her work, Megan enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two children, especially skiing in the winter and hiking the dunes in the summer.
